Node‑7 provides algorithmic trading software, trade‑copying infrastructure, and performance analytics (the "Service"). We do not provide financial advice, investment management, or brokerage services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all trading activity executed through your account. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws.
Subscription fees are billed in advance according to your selected plan. Performance‑based usage fees are calculated on net monthly profits and are due within the settlement period. Late payments may result in account suspension.
Forex and CFD trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You acknowledge that you are using the Service at your own risk and that Node‑7 shall not be liable for any trading losses incurred.
Node‑7 provides the Service "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall Node‑7 be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
